Swabable ND Valves

Our neutral displacement (ND) valve is a needle-free, swabable valve engineered to minimize reflux when disconnecting a male luer or syringe. Reflux of blood into a catheter lumen can result in occlusions, which may require the use of costly declotting agents. These occlusions can also increase the risk of catheter-related bloodstream infections (CRBSIs), which can be both life-threatening and expensive to treat. This valve offers neutral displacement functionality and delivers a best-in-class flow rate. It features transparent housing for clear visibility and is made without BPA. It is compatible with chemotherapy drugs, pressure rated for contrast media, and has a low priming volume. Designed with ergonomics in mind, it is easy to flush and incorporates a split septum for added efficiency and safety. (Currently not available for sale in the U.S.)
