Our twist-lock blood pressure fittings feature a quarter-turn design, ideal for use in blood pressure cuffs and other blood pressure applications. With strong tensile pull resistance, a resilient o-ring, and an enhanced latch wall thickness, these connectors provide a robust seal for a secure connection. Crafted from medical-grade ABS material, they offer exceptional durability and can operate within a temperature range of 0° C to 45° C, making them suitable for bulk sterilization processes. Additionally, these connectors are compatible with other connectors on the market, ensuring versatile and reliable performance.

Twist-Lock Blood Pressure Fitting Features
These features can be crucial in healthcare environments due to hindrances such as dark rooms, baggy rubber gloves, and the potential for situations that don't allow time for fumbling.
The patent-pending wings on either side of the male connector prevent finger slippage, making the quarter-turn connection easier and more secure.
Multiple notches surrounding the lug reduce the likelihood of the fittings slipping between fingers. While this is currently a feature on a variety of Nordson MEDICAL fittings, these connectors offer a wider grip to improve ease of use and is available on both the male and female connectors.
The snap-on connection provides a distinct audible click, ensuring the user both hears and feels when the two latches are fully engaged, giving a clear indication of a secure connection.
The independently rotating barb allows tubing to turn freely during use without kinking or twisting, ensuring uninterrupted flow. Unlike other connectors where the tubing contacts the fitting body and creates friction, our "tube-stop" design prevents such contact. This ensures the barb can rotate independently, maintaining smooth operation.

Our Halkey-Roberts line of bleed valves features an integrated one-way valve in a compact, in-line design and is engineered for use with female luer connections. Available for 1/4" (6.4 mm) and 5/32" (4.0 mm) tubing, these valves provide controlled air release for precise pressure management in inflatable medical systems. Designed for applications requiring venting without compromising system integrity, they deliver reliable performance and controlled air release in critical inflation and pressure-monitoring applications.
