Simplified Use and Assembly
CylindraFLOW™ is the first all-in-one manifold for pharmaceutical and single-use biopharmaceutical fluid transfer applications. This revolutionary, patent-pending compact fitting not only saves space but also simplifies use and assembly with its innovative design. Featuring five ports in a single component, it eliminates the many leak points found in traditional stopcock and Y connector manifolds, making it ideal for downstream processing. Multiple bags can be easily filled from one large bag, with consistent flow maintaining steady pressure as it travels around the inner body of the part.
Polycarbonate Resin
CylindraFLOW™ manifolds are manufactured with a biocompatible polycarbonate resin that meets USP Class VI and ISO 10993 criteria, ensuring suitability for medical devices and pharmaceutical applications. The manifolds are stable under gamma radiation, compatible with EtO sterilization, and autoclavable.
Push and Turn to Open Flow
The large flow selector, which firmly turns, features a lock-in-place mechanism and a clearly marked arrow to ensure the correct flow path and desired port utilization. This manifold offers a one-to-one relationship between the inlet port and the five available outlet ports, streamlining processing applications and enhancing reliability.
